Die Deka International S.A, Luxemburg, Luxemburg, hat uns mit Schreiben vom 29. Januar 2010 gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Deutschen Lufthansa AG am 27. Januar 2010 die Schwelle von 3% überschritten hat und zu diesem Zeitpunkt 3,0763% (14.087.425 Stimmrechte) beträgt.
